Have you ever found yourself looks so haggard? Or maybe you look so tired? Good luck, because these are some of the symptoms that you  are already stress.There are many things that makes us stress like the pressure that we have encountered through our surroundings.  All of us gets stress especially now that finals week is getting closer and paper works are congested in our minds on what to do first and where to start. 

Stress is the reason that there are times that we will forget how beautiful life is. But as life gives us so much to be stress about its up with us on how to handle things in order for us to live life to the fullest. We all know that we cannot turn back time so if you have time to be happy then grab it, and don't let stress dominate your life. 

I will give you some of my stress reliever so that you can get ideas from here:

1.Teasing my little brother

I love the way he cries and ask for a help from mama when I tease  him because he look so funny:)


2. Eating peanut butter
I dont know whats with the peanut butter that makes me feel so good when I start to eat this and I even eat this without a pair of bread hehehehe

3. Sleeping
If there are times that I feel so stress with all the stuffs that I need to do, I will just take a sleep and when I wake up I'm already fine doing my paper works.

4. Having fun with my friends
I guess all of us has a friend right? So in my part I consider my friends as one of my stress reliever because if I'm with them I will just have fun and for a short period of time I will forget all the things that make me damn stress.

5. Guitar
For me my guitar is the only thing that always there for me. When I am very depressed there are times that I don't want to be with anyone else and I just want to play with my long time best friend/boyfriend which is my GUITAR❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Take life easier because life's too short to take it seriously.
